I’ve updated my Autumn wardrobe with this mini from Manning Cartell. Fresh, white and flowy – I’m all about this new number. The relaxed fit means this dress works well for both daytime and nighttime dressing.
The self-tie belt gives more shape when I prefer a more defined silhouette. There is lots of detail in the dress and the layered sheer fabric is uber feminine and gentle.
This is the definition of a versatile dress – I have been able to pair it with some metallic heels to tie in with this seasons shiny trend. It also works perfectly with nude and black heels for a special night out. Of course, the great thing about the mini length is that it also suits for over-the-knee-boots for a real fashion statement. If you prefer to opt for more of an understated look, ankle boots work perfectly with it too.
There is no reason why you can’t wear the dress on the weekends down to the shops and for casual coffee catch ups. I’d pair it with some metallic supergas or something with a bit of shine still.Which shoe style will you do?
In our era of personalisation, I teamed the outfit with my Mon Purse studded clutch.
If you don’t want to fork out the $599 on the dress (plus the extra moola for the accessories) – you can recreate a similar look! I’ve picked items that will work even on the last few days before payday.
This frock from Shilla is a great substitution for a white mini number. Ginger and Smart help to add a distinctive touch of class with their ribbed belt. The textured leather has a subtle shine on it which adds a nice texture on top of the white dress.
